Dear Students,
also please accept my part, along with many that you will receive a friendly greeting as you prepare to resume your schedule for the new school year 2010-2011. With many of you I have met in recent months, both in the parishes of the diocese is in the different schools where I was interviewed by you. Your questions are always very "real" and sincere, and always help me to focus on the problems faced and try to watch it from your point of view .
My wish is for many of you know and everyone else, including those from other cultural and religious traditions. You are young , and this is enough for me to feel close to you and supportive to the richness of life that you bring in you for dreams you have in your heart and desire that cultivated to change in our world better, the environment, civil society and religious communities.
In my prayers I ask God that keeps your dreams alive and that you will find in us adults a credible reference to help you grow in all dimensions of your personality to capture the beauty of life, friendship, solidarity and commitment charge.
One of the key objectives of the study is to know ever wider horizons in time and space, and the tools available today offer a medium that until a few years ago was unthinkable . May these new tools to help you first develop a deep critical sense , able to compare, assess and evaluate , overcoming stereotypes and prejudices. In particular, living all of us now in a globalized world, it becomes important to know and confront with the lives of young people in the world whole, and not just those of wealthy countries, but especially with the lives of children, teenagers and young people of the countries poor, leading into the heart of your own dreams and desires, but often fail to achieve them.
us not forget them, and at the same time learn to appreciate more and more about the history and culture of the land we live here and the opportunities we offer and with the evidence that the past has given us. To you, the leaders of your schools, teachers and all staff school renewal in the hope of a peaceful and fruitful year, asking the Lord God and Father of all, to accompany you always every day .
friendship,
